Wallester is pleased to introduce significant updates to the Wallester Business Client Portal to streamline account management, improve navigation, and provide a more user-friendly experience. These enhancements are focused on making key features more accessible, ultimately saving time and effort for our clients as they manage their business operations through the platform.

Key updates and what they mean for you:

Unified balance overview 💼

In response to user feedback, we have consolidated the Top-up History, Company Limits, and Available Balance into a single section, allowing users to view all essential financial information in one place without navigating multiple areas of the portal.

Simplified products and services management ⚙️

Product-related services, including Pricing Plans, Currency Management, 3DS Whitelist, and BIN Management, are now combined into a unified Products & Services section, offering a more coherent layout that enhances the speed and efficiency of accessing and managing these features.

Improved dashboard experience 📊

We restructured the dashboard for better usability, with key changes including the relocation of the Create Account button for easier access, the addition of a filter option to sort accounts by status, the prominent display of the main account’s IBAN as Primary, and the visibility of the total company balance directly from the dashboard for an instant financial snapshot.

New FAQ section ❓

To support users in quickly finding answers to common questions, a dedicated FAQ section has been added to the side menu, providing direct access to a wealth of helpful resources, including the Help Center.

The goal of all the updates is to make the Wallester Business platform more intuitive, efficient, and aligned with the needs of modern business users. We understand the importance of having tools that reduce complexity rather than add to it. These changes are designed to minimise the time and effort required to manage accounts, track financial data, and use Wallester’s suite of products.

For example, by combining the Top-up History, Limits, and Balance into a single view, we reduced the number of steps users need to take to get a comprehensive financial overview. Similarly, the consolidation of the Products & Services Section addresses previous user concerns about the scattered nature of these features, enabling faster and more straightforward management.
